Requirements
- 7+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS (Account Management, Customer Success, or similar) working with Enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion, with clear impact on net revenue retention.
- Strong consultative skills: you uncover business problems, define success metrics, and map required capabilities to product value.
- Data-driven and operationally excellent, with disciplined account planning, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Technically curious and comfortable translating between marketers, product managers, data teams, engineers, and executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including running business reviews and presenting to C-level audiences.
- Thrives in a remote, early-stage, high-growth environment with high ownership and many moving pieces.
Responsibilities
- Own net revenue retention and ARR across a book of ~25–40 Enterprise customers.
- Build and execute account and value plans that drive product adoption, measurable outcomes, and expansion.
- Lead renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, running a disciplined commercial process from early signals through close.
- Run structured executive check-ins and QBRs that tie Freshpaint usage to business impact and future roadmap.
- Use Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to monitor health, forecast accurately, and prioritize where to engage.
- Partner cross-functionally (Support, CSE, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales) to remove blockers and unlock new value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer, building deep relationships with champions and executive sponsors.
- Travel up to 30% for onsite visits, conferences, and Freshpaint events.
