Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing support role with a technical specialization.
  • Experience writing code (academic or commercial).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and effective chat and email support to merchants.
  • Complete onboarding tasks including front-end development on Shopify storefronts.
  • Install and customize Okendo widgets and extra components.
  • Investigate and address front-end bugs.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of internal technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to communicate customer feedback and product enhancements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Create technical support resources such as tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
