Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing support role with a technical specialization.
- Experience writing code (academic or commercial).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and effective chat and email support to merchants.
- Complete onboarding tasks including front-end development on Shopify storefronts.
- Install and customize Okendo widgets and extra components.
- Investigate and address front-end bugs.
- Contribute to the maintenance of internal technical documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate customer feedback and product enhancements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience.
- Create technical support resources such as tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
