Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Work experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and AI coding landscape.
- Strong scripting abilities with familiarity across a variety of languages and frameworks.
- Experience running large-scale migrations, code modernizations, refactors, or platform upgrades.
- Experience delivering technical solutions to customers or internal stakeholders.
- Experience providing technical training on product features, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and on-premise deployment methods.
Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships with peers, account teams, and customers.
- Troubleshoot challenging issues and design custom solutions for customer use cases.
- Educate and enable technical admins on product configuration and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive product improvements.
- Create content in collaboration with Marketing based on customer findings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on product usage and deployment.
- Manage multiple differing customer engagements concurrently.
