Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied ML, ML infrastructure, or solution/sales engineering roles.
- Solid understanding of machine learning workflows.
- Experience training or fine-tuning foundation models such as LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal systems.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Practical experience with model training frameworks.
- Experience using LLMs in production environments for RAG, agents, or agentic systems.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive learner mindset.
- Ability to operate in and manage ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers through the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle from technical demos to deployment.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate modern LLMs and other AI models using Oumi’s platform.
- Design scalable ML workflows using best practices in data preparation, training, and deployment.
- Translate research innovations into practical solutions for customers.
- Surface customer needs to product and research teams to influence platform development.
- Develop technical guides, demos, and best practices.
