  • Experience with API integrations for EHR and CRM.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics (preferred).
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or ML specialty credentials (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms.
  • Define solution architecture and orchestrate model pipelines.
  • Design multi-agent workflows and create reusable SDKs and frameworks.
  • Ensure AI systems are scalable, observable, cost-efficient, and compliant.
  • Define design patterns and optimize operational pipelines.
  • Architect secure, compliant solutions for EHR, CRM, and member portals.
  • Deploy and scale AI systems in production environments.
  • Apply HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices.
