Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of paid social experience
  • In-depth experience managing campaigns within LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Pinterest
  • Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights/recommendations/optimizations
  • Experience managing budgets against a defined target goal on CPL, CAC, ROAS
  • Experience providing creative direction on social channels
  • Experience with social media A/B testing
  • Advanced computer skills, proven proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients
  • Monitor campaign performance, including owning budget pacing
  • Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact
  • Run client meetings, statuses, and presentations
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency
  • Present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices
  • Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaign performance
  • Maintain and update paid social campaigns and overall marketing reporting
