Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in client services, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, eCommerce, or digital marketing environments.
  • Experience supporting client accounts within agency, brand, or fast-paced digital commerce settings.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture, influencer ecosystems, and social commerce best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities when working with clients, creators, affiliates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics such as GMV, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign engagement.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate platforms, reporting tools, and project management systems.
  • Experience working directly with influencers, creators, or affiliate programs is strongly preferred.
  • Creative and proactive approach with a passion for social trends, digital content, and emerging commerce technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, remote-first, and fast-evolving work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of multiple social commerce and TikTok Shop client accounts under senior account leadership.
  • Assist in executing growth strategies aligned with client KPIs, revenue goals, and platform performance objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, creator communications, and project milestones to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Prepare performance reports and campaign summaries highlighting metrics such as GMV, creator output, engagement, and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor platform trends, campaign performance, and emerging social commerce features to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities.
  • Research, identify, and support onboarding of influencers, affiliates, and creators aligned with brand objectives and campaign strategies.
  • Manage creator relationships and communications to ensure content quality, timely delivery, and alignment with campaign briefs.
  • Support affiliate campaign setup, product sampling coordination, shipment tracking, and creator deliverable approvals.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and commerce teams to optimize storefront experiences, product detail pages, and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, reporting trackers, affiliate dashboards, and operational workflows.
