- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or web operations, including at least 2 years in technical SEO, analytics, or site performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience managing ecommerce or CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce or similar).
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including audits, site architecture, redirects, canonical tags, sitemaps, and metadata optimization.
- Experience with GA4 and tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager), including implementation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and other industry platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly through documentation, tickets, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues affecting crawlability, indexation, and rankings, and translate findings into prioritized action plans.
- Monitor site health, resolve performance issues, and collaborate with development teams to ensure a stable and optimized user experience.
- Manage site architecture elements including URLs, internal linking, taxonomy, and indexing structures to improve discoverability.
- Track organic search performance and identify opportunities to increase high-intent traffic across ecommerce properties and program stores.
- Support implementation of on-page SEO enhancements including metadata, schema, internal linking, and content structure improvements.
- Coordinate ecommerce web operations including updates, releases, QA, UAT, and validation of new features and fixes.
- Implement and maintain analytics tracking (GA4, tag management systems), ensuring accurate event measurement and reporting.
- Contribute to accessibility compliance efforts by supporting WCAG/ADA best practices across templates and site components.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate technical requirements into clear documentation, tickets, and execution-ready specifications.
- Build dashboards and reports connecting technical performance metrics to traffic, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
