Requirements
- Strong project/program management and services delivery experience.
- Track record of delivery for strategic customers on time and within budget.
- Deep experience with project financial fundamentals and PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce).
- Excellent customer-facing skills with executive-level communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and change management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of professional services business metrics in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to manage critical situations and stakeholders.
- Proven team player and builder in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead simultaneous billable customer engagements and manage customer expectations.
- Drive engagement lifecycle end-to-end to deliver business outcomes.
- Own project management activities including kickoffs, project charters, and schedule management.
- Prepare customer-facing and internal collateral like solution presentations and status reports.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve internal and customer escalations and project risks.
- Maintain programs using tools like FinancialForce, Salesforce, and Trello.
- Assist Services leadership with resource assignment and management.
- Ensure timely completion of month and quarter-end close processes.
- Onboard new professional services employees.
- Support staff in understanding revenue, hours, and target attainment goals.
