  • Proven track record of owning customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.
  • Tech-savvy to align product functionality with complex customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Exceptional ability to nurture positive business relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for complex situations.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
