Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience in launching and managing software products.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Advanced understanding of SaaS solutions and UX design principles.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product initiatives within a dynamic software environment.
- Manage product requirements, prioritization, and product backlog.
- Create design artifacts like use cases, business scenarios, and user personas.
- Coordinate product release schedules with Engineering leadership.
- Develop training materials, documentation, and supporting tools.
- Represent the product vision to customers.
- Function independently and determine methods for new or special assignments.
- Coordinate activities among team members.
- Interact with cross-functional peers and senior leadership.
- Monitor market trends to influence solution development.
