Requirements
- Strong Product Management fundamentals with experience in fast-paced, complex product environments
- 5+ years of fintech or API-first product experience, ideally within payments
- Deep understanding of payment flows end to end including acquiring, authorisation, capture, refunds, disputes, settlement and reconciliation
- Experience working in complex acquiring or multi-PSP environments such as fintechs, PSPs, payment orchestration or large eCommerce platforms
- Strong technical product mindset with comfort working closely with Engineering, APIs, operational tooling and backlog management
- Experience supporting marketplace or platform business models with complex fund movements
- Data-native approach with experience using SQL, Looker or similar BI tools
- Strong operational product thinking with focus on edge cases, exception handling and scalability
- Proven execution focus and ability to deliver complex, ambiguous initiatives
- Strong English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform the Product Owner role, translating product direction into clear, developer-ready user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans
- Work closely with Product leadership and Engineering to turn discovery insights and customer needs into scalable product capabilities
- Lead discovery on high-value problems and own delivery into live features creating measurable customer value
- Shape and own core product flows including intent declaration, settlement ingestion, reconciliation, split execution and exception handling
- Define operational visibility, tooling and workflows enabling efficient issue resolution and confident operation at scale
- Support complex marketplace and platform payment models including hybrid setups, 1P and 3P flows and multi-PSP environments
- Collaborate with Engineering leadership on the product’s connector strategy with external PSPs and acquiring systems
- Standardise global logic for reconciliation, exception handling, reporting and fund distribution patterns
- Define and track metrics to improve adoption, reliability, operational efficiency and customer outcomes
- Maintain a healthy backlog, ensure high delivery velocity and make pragmatic trade-offs in an Agile environment
