Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, public health or related field.
- Valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT credential or valid QMHP credential.
- Minimum 5 years’ related experience (e.g., Case Manager, Care Coordinator, Quality Improvement Specialist).
- 2 years’ experience in behavioral health outcomes-based care.
- 2 years’ experience designing and delivering training/technical assistance to professional audiences.
- Experience in the Medicaid environment.
- Applied knowledge in clinic operations and charting systems (EHR).
- Applied knowledge with quality improvement tools and techniques.
- Applied knowledge in Adult Learning Theory and training design.
- Advanced computer application skills (MS Office, Visio, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Research approaches to outcomes-based care and market practices.
- Design and implement projects relating to outcomes-based care in behavioral health networks.
- Monitor and communicate project status, timelines, and budget progress.
- Serve as primary liaison with web-based outcomes application vendors.
- Analyze and communicate complex clinical data for internal and external parties.
- Provide technical assistance and support to clinical/operational leadership.
- Develop and deliver training resources through a train-the-trainer program.
- Assist providers with planning and reporting for outcomes-based care payments.
