Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or doctorate) in health economics, statistics, epidemiology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharma or healthcare sector.
  • Substantial experience in shaping HEOR and RWE strategy.
  • Expert knowledge of health economics, outcomes research, and real-world evidence.
  • Deep knowledge of US healthcare financing and delivery systems.
  • Strong understanding of the US payer environment and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to lead and execute in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: PhD or PharmD with focus in Health Economics or Public Health.
  • Preferred: Experience partnering with external organizations like SOCs and payers.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the HEOR team in Medical Strategy Teams to demonstrate product value.
  • Proactively generate and communicate evidence to optimize patient access.
  • Manage multiple HEOR projects, budgets, and external/internal partnerships.
  • Build robust institutional and individual level partnerships.
  • Communicate impactful research to diverse audiences.
  • Publish and present research at scientific conferences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape research strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools for content generation and decision-making.
