Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, public health or related field.
  • Valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or QMHP credential.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a behavioral health direct care setting (if QMHP).
  • Minimum 3 years’ related experience (e.g., Case Manager, Care Coordinator, Quality Improvement).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health outcomes-based care.
  • Experience designing and delivering training or technical assistance to professional-level audiences.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health outcomes-based care and clinic operations.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement tools and healthcare metrics.
  • Advanced computer application skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
  • Ability to analyze complex behavioral health data.

Responsibilities

  • Research approaches to outcomes-based care and market practices.
  • Design and implement projects relating to behavioral health networks.
  • Monitor project status and communicate progress toward completion.
  • Serve as primary liaison with web-based outcomes application vendors.
  • Analyze and communicate complex behavioral health data.
  • Provide ongoing support to clinical and operational leadership teams.
  • Develop and support local outcomes-based care resources.
  • Train clinic leadership teams on outcomes-based care.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for project coordination.
