Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, public health or related field.
- Valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or QMHP credential.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a behavioral health direct care setting (if QMHP).
- Minimum 3 years’ related experience (e.g., Case Manager, Care Coordinator, Quality Improvement).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health outcomes-based care.
- Experience designing and delivering training or technical assistance to professional-level audiences.
- Knowledge of behavioral health outcomes-based care and clinic operations.
- Knowledge of quality improvement tools and healthcare metrics.
- Advanced computer application skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
- Ability to analyze complex behavioral health data.
Responsibilities
- Research approaches to outcomes-based care and market practices.
- Design and implement projects relating to behavioral health networks.
- Monitor project status and communicate progress toward completion.
- Serve as primary liaison with web-based outcomes application vendors.
- Analyze and communicate complex behavioral health data.
- Provide ongoing support to clinical and operational leadership teams.
- Develop and support local outcomes-based care resources.
- Train clinic leadership teams on outcomes-based care.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for project coordination.
