Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • B1/B2 or higher proficiency in English.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Own a computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Knowledge of project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete projects from start to finish.
  • Solve problems independently and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage and create project dashboards in Google Sheets, ClickUp, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage work orders with vendors and tenants.
  • Learn and use new technology platforms.
  • Update repair statuses in Property Management software.
  • Respond to all emails and requests within 24 hours.
