Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- B1/B2 or higher proficiency in English.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Own a computer and reliable internet connection.
- Knowledge of project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete projects from start to finish.
- Solve problems independently and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage and create project dashboards in Google Sheets, ClickUp, etc.
- Coordinate and manage work orders with vendors and tenants.
- Learn and use new technology platforms.
- Update repair statuses in Property Management software.
- Respond to all emails and requests within 24 hours.
