Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, HCI or related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in product management in digital media and consumer health tech.
- Deep understanding of content serving strategies, algorithms, and machine learning/AI strategies.
- Strong discovery skills with experience validating ideas before delivery.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven development.
- Strong data literacy and proficiency with analytics and management tools.
- Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs with Engineering.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluency with Jira, Confluence, Looker, Mixpanel, and Figma.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap for digital experiences delivering educational content and sponsored messaging.
- Formulate product strategy and translate it into meaningful product bets aligned with company OKRs.
- Drive structured product discovery including user interviews, prototyping, and testing to validate ideas.
- Define success metrics and KPIs tied to customer behavior and business value.
- Interpret performance data to iterate on product features.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
