Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management
  • Strong focus on video advertising technology and CTV platforms (e.g., Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung, LG)
  • Hands-on experience with major ad tech platforms such as FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager (GAM), and IMA SDK
  • Strong understanding of video ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and CTV monetization ecosystems
  • Technical proficiency with debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, and Postman
  • Experience using development and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex ad delivery and performance issues
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for video ad technology across CTV platforms
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams
  • Partner with Sales, Yield, and Revenue Operations teams
  • Own debugging and optimization efforts for ad delivery systems
  • Conduct code reviews and approve production deployments
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead cross-functional working groups and project planning sessions
  • Establish best practices and operational processes for Ad Ops and Programmatic teams
  • Provide regular reporting and executive updates
