Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management
- Strong focus on video advertising technology and CTV platforms (e.g., Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung, LG)
- Hands-on experience with major ad tech platforms such as FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager (GAM), and IMA SDK
- Strong understanding of video ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and CTV monetization ecosystems
- Technical proficiency with debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, and Postman
- Experience using development and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex ad delivery and performance issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for video ad technology across CTV platforms
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams
- Partner with Sales, Yield, and Revenue Operations teams
- Own debugging and optimization efforts for ad delivery systems
- Conduct code reviews and approve production deployments
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead cross-functional working groups and project planning sessions
- Establish best practices and operational processes for Ad Ops and Programmatic teams
- Provide regular reporting and executive updates
