Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP MDG (Material Master, Planning, Procurement, etc.).
- Minimum of 3+ years developing and implementing MDM solutions and data governance processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG design and configuration.
- Experience leading business process reengineering and assessment.
- Advanced technical knowledge of SAP EWM Master Data.
- Proficiency in at least two of: Production, Materials Management, or Quality SAP modules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy global standard data creation workflow processes for GMS.
- Manage SAP EWM, MDG Materials, BOM, Recipes, MRP, and Quality Inspection master data.
- Conduct analysis on GMS material management aspects including data quality and interconnectivity.
- Build plans to improve data practices and lifecycle management.
- Create and maintain process maps, data objects, and user guides.
- Manage site-specific projects for new product launches and alternate materials.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP MDG modules and resolve functional tickets.
- Oversee change management procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive Agile adoption.
