Requirements
- 12+ years of experience delivering solutions in application development, cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or data and analytics.
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and leading engineering teams at program scale.
- 3–5 years in practice or portfolio leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning & MLOps (Azure ML, Databricks MLflow).
- Expertise in Data Engineering & Integration (Spark, ADF, Synapse, Fabric).
- Experience with Generative & Agentic AI (Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow).
- Proven experience leading architecture and delivery for Azure-based modernization programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies at scale.
- Relevant cloud architecture certifications strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical strategy for large Azure programs and portfolios.
- Develop and grow team members through coaching and constructive feedback.
- Define modernization blueprints and reference architectures.
- Lead executive and senior stakeholder conversations on cloud modernization and AI adoption.
- Monitor team health, morale, and workload balance.
- Drive sales opportunities as a Pursuit Lead or Technical Solution Lead.
- Define interview standards and mentorship strategies.
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, design, and development.
