Responsibilities

- Design, code, and deliver scalable applications using Node.js
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards
- Collaborate with product and design teams to drive technical planning and execution
- Manage performance cycles and provide structured feedback
- Represent teams in cross-functional discussions to align technical requirements with business goals
