Requirements

- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity
- Experience with modern software engineering ecosystems (Node.js, React, containerization)
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub-based workflows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
Responsibilities
- Shape and head the Developer Experience (DevEx) function as a first-class internal platform
- Build a strong, inclusive team culture with sustainable delivery practices and clear ways of working
- Enable engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably by improving developer workflows, tooling and standards
- Drive adoption and evolution of a unified Design System across engineering and design
- Translate company and engineering strategy into a clear, outcome-driven DevEx roadmap
- Build strong partnerships with Product, Design, Security and other Platform teams
