Requirements
- M.S. in Engineering (P.E. or other certification/advanced degree preferred)
- 10 - 15 years of professional experience with an engineering consulting firm
- Demonstrated experience serving industrial clients
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Background in biological wastewater treatment and design
- Industrial client engineering and/or design-build expertise (Food/Beverage, Pharmaceutical/Chemical, Data Center, Life Sciences, or Consumer Products preferred)
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Track record of publishing technical work
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to staff in the Industrial Water/Wastewater Business
- Lead water and wastewater system designs and provide mentorship
- Develop and maintain client-advisor relationships
- Lead proposal preparation and pursuit of new opportunities
- Contribute to large account development and management
- Make national and regional-level technical publications and presentations
- Conduct research and innovate methods for project execution
- Ensure the technical quality of work product delivered
