Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in BPO or Sales Call Center
Bilingual (Spanish / English) – fluent in speaking and writing (B2 level)
Experience with HubSpot CRM
Proven experience coordinating and motivating sales teams
Track record in implementing strategies to increase lead-to-sales conversion rates
Experience in designing quarterly goals and managing high-availability schedules
Experience with sales training programs based on high-performance methodologies

Responsibilities

Execute daily coaching programs and follow-up meetings to motivate the team
Implement strategies to raise the monthly conversion rate
Ensure 90% of prospects advancing to consultation are properly qualified
Review and mitigate missed calls to ensure no one goes unanswered
Design and present weekly KPI dashboards and quarterly Sales Boulders
