- 3+ years experience running teams and navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Practical knowledge of employment law across US, EMEA, and Canada.
- Expertise in designing compensation frameworks, benefits, and equity structures.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics.
- Executive communication skills with clarity and conviction.
- Demonstrated ability in leading organizations through growth and change.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
- SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a world-class People team creating a culture of high performance.
- Co-architect a people strategy with the SVP of HR and executive leadership.
- Design competitive and equitable compensation and benefits frameworks across US, EMEA, and Canada.
- Own full HR operations including performance management, L&D, and employee relations.
- Turn workforce data into proactive decisions and retention strategies.
- Navigate complex multi-jurisdictional employment law and compliance.
- Champion adoption of HR technology and AI-powered tools.
- Partner with global HR teams to build a unified culture.
