  • 3+ years experience running teams and navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
  • Practical knowledge of employment law across US, EMEA, and Canada.
  • Expertise in designing compensation frameworks, benefits, and equity structures.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics.
  • Executive communication skills with clarity and conviction.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading organizations through growth and change.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a world-class People team creating a culture of high performance.
  • Co-architect a people strategy with the SVP of HR and executive leadership.
  • Design competitive and equitable compensation and benefits frameworks across US, EMEA, and Canada.
  • Own full HR operations including performance management, L&D, and employee relations.
  • Turn workforce data into proactive decisions and retention strategies.
  • Navigate complex multi-jurisdictional employment law and compliance.
  • Champion adoption of HR technology and AI-powered tools.
  • Partner with global HR teams to build a unified culture.
