Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and modern people operations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with technicians, manufacturing, warehouse, or field‑based teams.
- Strong understanding of hourly workforce dynamics, scheduling, overtime, and FLSA considerations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders across all levels.
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect people strategy to operational goals.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR leader for ThermalWorks, partnering closely with company leadership and the Endeavour HR team.
- Develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for ThermalWorks.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
- Identify training and leadership development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Partner on compensation, benefits, HR systems, and reporting.
- Analyze HR metrics and support change management initiatives.
