- Proven experience managing full-cycle sales remotely.
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, or Apollo.
- Strong discovery call and virtual presentation skills.
- Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of sales methodologies like SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or BANT.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and source outbound opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and CRM.
- Respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
- Conduct discovery calls using methodologies like BANT, SPIN, and MEDDIC.
- Perform virtual product demos and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to move deals to close.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales leadership on messaging and lead quality.
