Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales, SDR, BDR, or business development experience.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle sales remotely.
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, or Apollo.
  • Strong discovery call and virtual presentation skills.
  • Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies like SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or BANT.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and source outbound opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and CRM.
  • Respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery calls using methodologies like BANT, SPIN, and MEDDIC.
  • Perform virtual product demos and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to move deals to close.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales leadership on messaging and lead quality.
