Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Previous experience in a high-volume cold-calling or call center environment.
- Primary internet connection (min 15 Mbps).
- Backup internet connection (min 10 Mbps).
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) / i3 (10th gen+) / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space.
Responsibilities
- Execute a high volume of daily touchpoints (approx. 50 calls and 50 digital interactions via LinkedIn/Email).
- Successfully schedule at least 25 qualified appointments per month for the AE team.
- Conduct deep-dive prospect research and pre-call planning.
- Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce.
- Drive engagement and attendance for webinars, live seminars, and industry conferences.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach strategies.
