Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full life cycle payroll experience with a global entity.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or 3 years with Master’s, or PhD without experience).
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment, ideally in tech.
  • Strong deadline management and project management skills.
  • Experience managing large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity, Workday, and Intacct is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll transactions and handle special calculations.
  • Manage time and labor systems while ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Prepare monthly international payroll instructions for third-party vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships and provide best practice process solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls.
  • Conduct audits and communicate outcomes to Senior Management.
  • Identify and produce process improvement initiatives for Benefit, Global Mobility, and Payroll Tax Compliance.
  • Manage payroll-related issues for internal and external stakeholders.
