Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of full life cycle payroll experience with a global entity.
- Bachelor’s degree (or 3 years with Master’s, or PhD without experience).
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment, ideally in tech.
- Strong deadline management and project management skills.
- Experience managing large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Paylocity, Workday, and Intacct is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions and handle special calculations.
- Manage time and labor systems while ensuring compliance with standards.
- Prepare monthly international payroll instructions for third-party vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships and provide best practice process solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls.
- Conduct audits and communicate outcomes to Senior Management.
- Identify and produce process improvement initiatives for Benefit, Global Mobility, and Payroll Tax Compliance.
- Manage payroll-related issues for internal and external stakeholders.
