Requirements
- Minimum 5 years full life cycle global payroll experience (with Bachelor's degree) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll laws.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment, ideally tech industry.
- Strong deadline management and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and management of large datasets.
- Familiarity with Paylocity, Workday, and Intacct.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions and manage time and labor systems.
- Prepare monthly international payroll instructions for third-party vendors.
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls.
- Manage all payroll-related issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and conduct audits.
- Identify and produce process improvement initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and provide best practice solutions.
