Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets through the ticketing system while maintaining SLAs
- Maintain task management systems related to website services
- Conduct scoping, content collection, and revision calls with customers
- Oversee website build timelines and quality assurance
- Assist customers with domain acquisition and settings
- Edit published websites based on customer requirements
- Investigate website errors and suggest process improvements
- Create landing pages or single-page websites
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding updates and escalations
