Responsibilities
- Provide primary business, technical and product/service advice to customers
- Generate price quotes for project design
- Analyze customers’ needs and resolve technical troubleshooting

- Identify potential areas of concern for customers
- Maintain close communication with customers
- Facilitate communication with technical support
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Organize and provide training for internal sales and external distributors
