Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • Experience managing multiple complex, concurrent projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in consulting, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to build influence and credibility without formal authority.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and learning program oversight.
  • Experience evaluating build-vs-buy-vs-borrow decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess learning and development needs and diagnose root causes.
  • Design practical, scalable, and cost-effective learning solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Own end-to-end accountability for L&D programs including leader and skills-based development.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and delivery quality.
  • Coordinate learning forums and councils.
  • Build and manage project plans for concurrent initiatives.
  • Produce executive-ready presentations, briefings, and strategy documents.
  • Manage learning operations including LMS coordination, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Stay current on learning trends such as AI-enabled and digital delivery.
