Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition
- Strong expertise in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels
- Proven experience handling acquisition budgets and driving measurable growth outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns and funnels
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, and attribution platforms
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user acquisition strategies, and growth marketing principles
- Experience with A/B testing, pixel implementation, event tracking, and campaign attribution
- Ability to independently execute campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in startup environments with high ownership and evolving priorities
- Experience marketing consumer products or product-led SaaS offerings is a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and emerging digital channels
- Manage acquisition budgets with clear focus on CAC, conversion rates, activation, retention, and ROAS goals
- Build, optimize, and improve landing pages, onboarding funnels, retargeting systems, and conversion journeys
- Execute rapid experimentation across creatives, messaging, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization
- Analyze campaign performance, attribution data, and user behavior to identify scalable growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve acquisition efficiency and user activation outcomes
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics including CTR, CPA, CAC, retention, and LTV
- Implement and manage event tracking, pixel integrations, and attribution systems for accurate campaign measurement
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, onboarding flows, and user journeys to improve conversion performance
