Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years in Professional/Medical Education, Product Management, clinical specialist, sales training, or R&D.
- At least 7 years in the medical device industry.
- Experience with innovative Class II or Class III medical devices preferred.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Self-motivated with outstanding project and time management skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Demonstrated field-focused approach.
- Ability to travel approximately 30%.
- Compliance with applicable vaccination requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as internal subject matter expert on procedural best practices.
- Synthesize feedback from surgeons, sales, and clinical partners to prioritize education needs.
- Define standardized procedural narratives and product differentiation.
- Own strategy and development of procedural training content (videos, presentations, digital modules).
- Create and maintain Instructions for Use (IFU) documents with R&D and Regulatory.
- Define strategy and objectives for hands-on product demonstrations.
- Execute demonstrations for Key Opinion Leaders and investors.
- Manage demo logistics and support tools for conferences and field teams.
