Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or programmatic sales.
- Demonstrated experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Mobile adtech space fluency including DSPs, agencies, ad networks, and MMPs.
- Well-established network of decision-makers at top brands and agencies.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic and consultative sales approach grounded in data.
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to operate independently.
- Proven ability to overcome objections and navigate complex sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle - from outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and initial campaign execution.
- Lead client engagement following contract execution, overseeing campaign activation, and providing strategic guidance on performance and optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Performance Strategy, Sales Engineering, Finance, Legal, Product Marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
- Maintain deep expertise in mobile advertising trends, competitive landscape, and Liftoff’s evolving product offerings.
- Represent Liftoff at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, leveraging CRM tools for accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic account acquisition and strong client relationship management.
