Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in B2B channel or indirect sales environments.
- Proven success in regional or multi-territory sales leadership roles managing field sales teams such as Area Sales Managers.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets, dealer growth, and market expansion objectives.
- Deep understanding of channel sales models, dealer ecosystems, and partner-driven revenue strategies.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales organizations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and market trends.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70% field-based work, including overnight travel).
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage Area Sales Managers to ensure achievement of regional sales targets, dealer recruitment goals, and performance objectives.
- Develop and execute regional channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and dealer network performance.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing dealers and sales partners across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits with ASMs and dealers to provide coaching, sales support, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor sales pipelines, KPIs, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company programs, promotions, and initiatives across the dealer network.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams to resolve issues and support channel success.
- Oversee reporting accuracy and ensure timely submission of regional performance data and forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level customer and partner relationships to support long-term growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
