Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency with NetSuite (preferred).
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate eCommerce customer data for financial transactions and support.
- Manage financial operations of online sales and monthly reporting, including sales tax and 606 reporting.
- Maintain accurate records for all eCommerce transactions in NetSuite.
- Assist with monthly eCommerce revenue accounting.
- Handle cash applications and reconcile to completion.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash applications.
- Interact with customers and internal departments regarding account inquiries.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with accounting department special projects.
