Requirements

- 2+ years of Agile/DevSecOps experience.

- 5+ years of experience presenting ideas to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience enabling business capability through technology.
- Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong backlog prioritization skills.
- Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial institution business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Own the value chain from ideation to lifecycle management.
- Make data-driven decisions based on KPIs and user feedback.
- Manage and prioritize the agile team product backlog.
- Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and strategically de-scope to achieve goals.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive product vision and roadmap while guiding cross-functional focus.
- Set and hold accountability for team goals around productivity and quality.
- Communicate with business sponsors and executives to ensure alignment.
- Monitor industry trends and address product pain points.
