- Ability to work scheduled shifts
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
Responsibilities
- Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients
- Enroll patients into specialty services, including care management and copay assistance programs
- Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals
- Contact doctors to obtain necessary information
- Manage assigned workflow queues
- Perform accurate and thorough documentation of information and prescription order set up
- Assist with triaging prior authorizations
