Responsibilities
- Conduct scripted intake calls with prospective clients
- Ask qualification questions using a provided framework
- Record and coordinate call transcripts for internal use
- Collect and organize client documentation within OneDrive
- Maintain accurate intake records and organized digital files
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with prospective clients
- Follow established workflows and processes with minimal supervision
