- 3 or more years of post-degree clinical experience in direct patient care required.
Requirements
- Degree in nursing or Master's degree in a behavioral health related field.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted license in the state of Virginia.
- Appropriate licenses include LMSW, LMSW-ACP, LPC, LMFT, PhD, EdD, or RN.
- 3+ years of post-degree clinical experience in direct patient care.
- 2+ years of utilization management behavioral health preferred.
- 1+ year of clinical supervisory experience including personnel management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination, documentation, and communication of medical services and benefit administration.
- Apply technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems.
- Interpret criteria and procedures to provide appropriate treatment.
- Coordinate with providers and members to facilitate care.
- Conduct cross-departmental briefings and maintain inter-departmental contact.
