- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
- Active CA license.
- 7+ years post-licensure experience.
- 3+ years managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality.
- Experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment.
- Proven track record solving operational challenges in behavioral health.
- Skilled in improving workflows, outcomes, and patient experience.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
- Culturally responsive and committed to ongoing learning.
- Tech-savvy and equipped for secure remote work.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a growing clinical team of psychologists and master’s level providers.
- Lead with empathy, transparency, and accountability to foster a clinical culture.
- Champion clinical excellence and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and lead new patient intake appointments.
- Facilitate group therapy for parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with Operations to align clinician schedules with patient needs.
- Lead process optimization to refine workflows, outcomes, and patient experience.
