- Active California clinical license
- 7+ years post-licensure clinical experience
- 3+ years experience managing clinical teams
- Experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment
- Operational challenge-solving skills in clinical settings
- Proficiency with scheduling, clinical culture, and quality management
- Experience in process optimization and workflow improvement
- Tech-savvy and equipped for secure remote work
- Commitment to cultural responsiveness and ongoing learning
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a growing clinical team of psychologists and master’s level providers.
- Foster a clinical culture that engages and retains high-performing individuals.
- Champion clinical excellence and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and lead new patient intake appointments.
- Facilitate group therapy for parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with Operations to align clinician schedules and manage time off.
- Lead process optimization to improve workflows, outcomes, and patient experience.
