Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of direct sales experience
  • Working with customers that have B2B specification and process expectations for at least 5 years
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Own overall planning and execution to drive sales growth and profit optimization in the B2B channel within the assigned territory
  • Enhance and grow business with existing customers, and develop new business through successful prospecting strategies
  • Manage a 5-10+ million-dollar portfolio of customers
  • Collaborate with the channel leader and cross-functional partners to align account planning strategy and goals
  • Develop collaborative customer relationships
  • Partner with forecasters/planners for efficient production planning and customer service
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Design and provide effective sales tools including presentations and reports
