Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-10 years of direct sales experience
- Working with customers that have B2B specification and process expectations for at least 5 years
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders at multiple levels
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel
Responsibilities
- Own overall planning and execution to drive sales growth and profit optimization in the B2B channel within the assigned territory
- Enhance and grow business with existing customers, and develop new business through successful prospecting strategies
- Manage a 5-10+ million-dollar portfolio of customers
- Collaborate with the channel leader and cross-functional partners to align account planning strategy and goals
- Develop collaborative customer relationships
- Partner with forecasters/planners for efficient production planning and customer service
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
- Design and provide effective sales tools including presentations and reports
