Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in ecommerce sales, national account management, or commercial leadership.
- Deep Amazon Vendor or Seller Central expertise.
- Proven success managing a large-scale, complex Amazon business.
- Ability to build and lead 4P strategies (product, price, promotion, placement).
- Advanced proficiency in Amazon tools and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own the national Amazon account strategy to deliver growth and share gains.
- Serve as primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Manager.
- Manage trade investment, profitability analysis, and margin optimization.
- Lead pricing, promotion, and funding strategies across national assortment.
- Drive performance across traffic, conversion, and sales velocity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure forecast accuracy and inventory health.
- Leverage data reporting to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
