Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in strategic, enterprise, or national sales roles with a strong track record of revenue generation and team leadership.
  • Proven experience leading and managing sales teams, including coaching, performance management, and operational oversight.
  • Strong technical expertise in the pharmacy or healthcare-related sales environment is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, including land-and-expand strategies and complex deal cycles.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, sales analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on results and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic extension of senior revenue leadership, reducing operational burden and enabling focus on high-impact sales initiatives and key deals.
  • Oversee the daily operations and performance management of a national sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight for a team of sales professionals.
  • Manage sales pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline to ensure visibility into revenue performance and deal progression.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, resources, and execution plans.
  • Lead and support go-to-market execution by ensuring proper planning, resource allocation, and follow-through on revenue-impacting initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve sales processes including lead management, CRM adoption, pipeline hygiene, and sales tool utilization.
  • Support complex and strategic deals by removing internal blockers, aligning stakeholders, and providing sales and technical guidance where needed.
  • Oversee operational sales functions such as territory planning, compensation processes, forecasting cycles, and monthly business reviews.
  • Partner with finance and accounts receivable teams to improve billing communication, contract management, and reduce revenue leakage or delays.
  • Ensure timely execution of transactional contracts and compliance with internal sales and booking timelines.
