Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
  • Solid understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structuring
  • Experience running A/B tests within paid media platforms and applying insights to improve performance
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and execution skills
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns is highly valued
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or attribution tools is a plus
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, or analytics integrations is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, and delivery to ensure efficient spend and optimal results
  • Execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion performance
  • Support keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure optimization
  • Maintain strong organization and accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and scaling
  • Collaborate with demand generation and growth teams to align paid media efforts with business objectives
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution setup in coordination with analytics and CRM systems
