Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
- Solid understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structuring
- Experience running A/B tests within paid media platforms and applying insights to improve performance
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and execution skills
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns is highly valued
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or attribution tools is a plus
- Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, or analytics integrations is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly
- Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, and delivery to ensure efficient spend and optimal results
- Execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion performance
- Support keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure optimization
- Maintain strong organization and accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and scaling
- Collaborate with demand generation and growth teams to align paid media efforts with business objectives
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution setup in coordination with analytics and CRM systems
