Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social media (Meta and TikTok required)
  • Hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of UTM tracking, campaign tagging, and basic attribution frameworks
  • Experience working with creator content, influencer marketing, or performance-driven social campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social “boosting” campaigns for creator content across platforms such as Meta (Instagram) and TikTok
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, budget allocation, UTM tracking, and performance reporting
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, approvals, and operational workflows
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, conversions, engagement, and revenue contribution
  • Collaborate with campaign operations and sales teams
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI
  • Support scalable media execution processes
  • Contribute to attribution analysis and reporting
