- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients, managing communication, expectations, and relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, dev, SEO, and paid media to ensure client deliverables are scoped, assigned, and completed on time
- Participate in client calls and meetings, taking clear notes, tracking action items, and following up diligently
- Monitor campaign and project performance and flag anything that needs attention before clients notice it
- Help prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and status updates
- Support senior strategists on larger, more complex accounts while owning your own smaller accounts independently
- Develop a working knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, social, and web
